Save your own layouts to a library and reuse them across events
Give operators a personal library of their own layouts, overlays, and themes that persists outside any single event. Requests include saving and archiving layouts for later, copying or moving layouts between events in the dashboard (drag and drop or copy and paste), importing a layout or start screen from a past event, a recently used list, and copying elements such as text between layouts. Version 7 had a pool of all created templates; in version 8 that pool is gone and layouts must be rebuilt per event.
Consolidated from 9 customer requests on 3 Sep 2026.
Original request
Feature suggestion: An option to copy layouts to other events in the web dashboard (via drag & drop or copy & paste between events). Or add a "recently used" feature to the web dashboard alongside "Choose a template" and "Upload Overlay". Similar to the one that appears under "Photo Layout" in the software (Windows).

Managing Templates in Events – Creating New Events and Their Templates
Up until V7, all created templates were listed in an overview, and you could select and activate templates for a new event from this pool. Now this selection pool is missing, and everything has to be recreated from scratch for every new event! There is no longer a pool containing all created templates. These were all lost during the installation of V8. When you create a new event, the templates are taken from the most recently active event, and you may have to delete many templates first before creating new ones. This process is very time-consuming and confusing. Why was it designed this way? Why can’t we have a pool containing all created templates?

Template Library
I make my own designs and templates. It would be great to be able to go ahead and upload/save my own templates rather then having to create an event for each individual one.

What if I can save my favourite layouts
Hi LumaBooth Customer Care Team, I have a feature request. In the Layouts section of LumaBooth, is it possible to implement a way to save or archive layouts that I create, so I can keep them for future events even if I don’t use them immediately? Right now, once a layout is removed from an event, I have to rebuild it if I want it later. I believe this would be a really helpful addition, so I’d love to know if this could be considered. Thank you

Custom Template Library
Please add the custom template library I created. That way, whenever I create an event, I won't need to re-edit the template; I can simply select it from the existing library on the Lumabooth dashboard.Lentes Photobooth

Print layout import/export from older events
I would like a feature that can import the print layout/welcome screen from a past event. This will allow me to easily execute promos that have limited time constraint. It will also allow me to put standard templates and just do minor edits for it instead of starting from scratch always per new event

You can copy any existing event and it’ll retain all your settings.
Or did you mean something else?

I meant to be able to add my own private templates in the template page here:

Copy paste option between Print layouts
It would be useful if I could copy and paste between print layouts, e.g., text and images. Currently, I have to recreate the text every time, which is annoying because I need to manually adjust the font, size, and X/Y coordinates.
