To have an option to download selected pictuures/gifs/videos. The option exists to select a rnage of outputs but currently only way to dowload in dashboard is to download all. In fotosare you could just do individual ones.

External monitor for my camera live view is dropping
For the context Setup: canon r50 connected to external monitor via hdmi to micro hdmi for live view of the camera > camera connected to laptop for dslrbooth app via type c cable > im using a bluetooth remote to trigger camera User/client will use the bluetooth remote to trigger the camera and then will go to the dslrbooth app for processing I created two layouts When choosing between the 2 layout and click next my external monitor for live view of the camera dropped the display. When I click the first shot my external monitor goes back to live view. This doesn't happen if I only have 1 layout it is smooth. Other issue using same setup, if I click the first shot and need to cancel by pressing f5 the display on my external monitor also drop the display. I think they are connected woth each other

What if I can save my favourite layouts
Hi LumaBooth Customer Care Team, I have a feature request. In the Layouts section of LumaBooth, is it possible to implement a way to save or archive layouts that I create, so I can keep them for future events even if I don’t use them immediately? Right now, once a layout is removed from an event, I have to rebuild it if I want it later. I believe this would be a really helpful addition, so I’d love to know if this could be considered. AI, prompts, and various design formats
Hello, In the videos about AI using different prompts, only one format has been shown so far. So it’s always either portrait orientation for stickers and similar items, or landscape orientation for other AI applications. Could you make a video that shows a mix of portrait and landscape orientations in combination with AI prompts? Currently, no fixed layout format is applied to an AI selection. Even if this is defined in the prompts, there’s still an issue with the final design. So if two designs (portrait & landscape) are available, parts of them might get cropped. Is it currently impossible to use AI with different formats and achieve a 100% accurate display without cropping? Or how do you handle this? A video on this would certainly be helpful for others as well, since events often involve a mix of designs. At least that has been the case so far without AI. Thank you very much.

Support Print 2 Per Page for 2x6 Horizontal Layouts
Please add support for "Print 2 Per Page" when using 2x6 Horizontal layouts in LumaBooth for Windows. Currently, this feature is only available for vertical 2x6 layouts. Many photo booth operators use horizontal 2x6 designs and would benefit from being able to print two strips on a single 4x6 sheet. This would also allow the print counter to increase in pairs (2, 4, 6, 8, etc.), which is less confusing for guests receiving two strips per print. Thank you for considering this feature.

Cashless payment and cash payment at the same time
We using the CashInterface v2 from casino-software.de what you official recommended on your website for years. We using the bill acceptor NV10. The software will send a keystroke to start the payed session. Since you released cashless payment with stripe, you didn't gave a opportunity to use both at the same time. Why you don't give us a opportunity to use the CashInterface while cashless payment is activated? (Keystroke F13 for example)

2. Customizable Photo Placeholder Colors It would be very helpful to be able to customize the colors of the photo placeholders in the photo layout designer. Currently, the same bright default colors are always used, which can make layouts look visually distracting and less appealing during the design process. It would be great if the color of each photo placeholder could be customized individually, ideally using the same color picker and eyedropper tool that is already available when selecting the background color for the start screen. Dual Printer Management
Hello, I would like to submit two feature suggestions for LumaBooth. 1. Dual Printer Management At a recent corporate trade show event, I used two printers connected to the booth. Currently, print jobs are distributed alternately between both printers. It would be very helpful to have an additional mode where all prints are sent to Printer 1 first, and only when Printer 1 runs out of paper or becomes unavailable would printing automatically switch to Printer 2. We also noticed that in the current alternating print mode, print jobs can sometimes be held back if one of the printers is turned off or runs out of paper. In this situation, it would be preferable if all pending and future print jobs were automatically redirected to the remaining operational printer so that printing can continue without interruption. Sequential Upload and Proper Sharing Status Count
Current upload system i believe it tries to upload using bulk, for example trying to 10 photos at the same. However, for event where internet connection is bad/slow, this system is not good because once there is enough backlog, the chance for failure increased, it keeps getting worse. My suggestion is to add option to upload sequentially. FIFO. Another issue is the Upload Sent Count, i think it’s calculating total sent (including failures). It should be counting total session or files not including failures. Tested on v8.2.0

Photo Layout Auto Save
When changing anything in Photo Layout, it should be Auto Save just like in version 7. In version 8, whenever we made change then pressing next button, it did not save. To save current change in Photo Layout, must press arrow then Launch Event. It should be Auto Save when we press next menu.

I would be very greatful if you could make it possible to insert a wav or mp3 file after the countdown. So I could insert that much loved shutter sound . Thank you in advance 🤗 Also if I may, I have my own mp4 telling customers that their session is now being printed. But “your” grey “printing” icon always shows up. Would be grand if I could untick it somewhere…. THAAAANK YOU ❤️
