Managing Templates in Events – Creating New Events and Their Templates

Up until V7, all created templates were listed in an overview, and you could select and activate templates for a new event from this pool. Now this selection pool is missing, and everything has to be recreated from scratch for every new event! There is no longer a pool containing all created templates. These were all lost during the installation of V8. When you create a new event, the templates are taken from the most recently active event, and you may have to delete many templates first before creating new ones. This process is very time-consuming and confusing. Why was it designed this way? Why can’t we have a pool containing all created templates?
