AI Credits - Pay as you go
Make AI credits work for small businesses with uneven event schedules: let purchased credits roll over instead of expiring monthly, offer pay-as-you-go credit packs (for example 100, 1000, 5000) that never reset even if the per-credit price is higher, and smooth out the large jump between plan tiers. Operators do not know how many AI photos an event will use and do not want to lose credits they paid for or be forced into a bigger tier for one busy month.
Consolidated from 7 customer requests on 3 Sep 2026.

Events are stressful enough without now having credit anxiety. I’d rather pay more per credit for rolling credits. Also the $49 to 199 jump is extreme. You know we are mostly small businesses!
Tiered rolling batches maybe
20c - 150 credits
15c - 500
10c - 1000+
3, 6 or 12 months expiry

AI Credits - Pay as you go
An option for ‘pay as you go’ style credit pack. Even if more expensive than the subscription. Just for those people that may only have 1 event a month. That could make 150 credits last way longer than just 1 month.

ability to purchase credits in bundles as and when required, if i do an event and only use up 87 of my 150 credits purchased, and my next event I know I’m going to need at least 150 credits, id like the ability to purchase an additional 100 credits or event 150,
I may only have 2 event in one month and they both want AI Feature, but then the next month I may have 6 events and 3 off them wish to have AI option, I would like to be able to purchase more credits as and when required

All purchased credits should be retained
Many of us are small businesses; every month can be different, and most of the time we don’t know how many photos will be taken at an event. How do you distinguish between credits that you buy once and don’t expire and the credits you buy monthly as part of a subscription? Why can’t you just keep all the credits you’ve purchased? That way, you’d be flexible and wouldn’t have to worry about credits expiring and having to buy new ones because you’ll need a lot of them next month. Business isn’t always easy when it comes to pricing, and everything has to be calculated. These credits don’t really help small businesses, so all credits should be retained.

How do you distinguish between monthly credits and one-time credits that don't expire?

Please document the exact AI credit usage order when a new billing month starts. If I have leftover Pay as you go AI credits from last month, do the system use those first, or does it use the monthly plan credits first? This is important for planning purchases (for example, buying 500 credits) and knowing what’s most cost-effective month to month.

They are used in that order, monthly, the pas-as-you-go.

I didn't understand the answer.
For example, let's say this:
01.04.2026 I activated a monthly plan for 150 AI.
15.04.2026 I spent all 150 AI and bought 500AI Pay as you go on the same day.
25.04.2026 I spent 100 AI
30.04.2026 I have 400AI pay as you go balance.
01.05.2026 the monthly plan automatically activates and I get 150 AI 10.05.2026 I spent 100 AI. From which balance will these be deducted? From the monthly plan or from pay as you go?

All monthly credits get used first then when you run out, the pay-as-you go credit will get used.
