Make the X button used to close, cancel, or retake far easier for guests to find and use. Requests include a larger and higher-contrast X that stays visible over any template or background, the ability to reposition it (custom X and Y, or move it with the SMS and Print buttons to the operator's side of the booth), and optional labeled buttons such as Retake, Cancel Session, or Home in place of a bare X. Several operators with iPads inside enclosures report the corner X is physically covered by the frame, so guests think the app is stuck.
