Removed Stroke/shadow effects on elements uploaded

Before, shadow and stroke effects were available for any elements uploaded. Example if I added florals to my template (PNG) overlapping a photo box and needed some shadow effect for it to standout, I’d always apply shadow effect. Now this was removed. And I can only apply these effects on text and a photo box. Quite the setback in my opinion As this really enhances the quality of Image designs.
