Option to add solid borders around photos.

My photo layout designs are mostly background images with images placed on top; I rarely ever do overlays. What I’d like to have, though, is an option to add a simple solid border around each photo. Would this be possible? The only adjustments we’d want control over are the thickness of the border (measured in pixels) and the color (with the ability to use a color-picker, or enter a color’s hex code).

This would be a great way to dress up photos when they’re placed on the strips.
