Make the choice between a normal photo and an AI Portrait (and, where enabled, background removal) an obvious, equal choice on the start screen rather than a large Create AI Portrait button with a small Skip link. Operators report guests believing AI is mandatory and getting frustrated. Requests: separate, equally sized start screen buttons for Photo and AI Portrait (and Background Removal), fully editable like other buttons including custom images, each leading to its own flow (AI to style selection, Photo to template selection), so AI is not forced onto multi-photo strips. Some also want the AI button tied to a tap-to-pay step.

Backdrop removal and Ai should be an experience on it’s own, for examples an icon/button for normal Photos, Ai and Backdrop removal. 3 different experiences for guests to select.
