AI Generation Limit per event/per session
Add a per-event (and optionally per-session) cap on AI generations so operators can sell AI as a fixed package and control credit spend. Requested behavior: set a maximum number of AI portraits for the event (for example 100, 200, 300), optionally show the remaining count during the event, and when the cap is reached switch guests to normal photos automatically without error messages. Operators in several countries raised this, both to protect margins and to keep unattended booths from burning through credits.
Consolidated from 8 customer requests on 3 Sep 2026.

Yes I agree with this, then I can do drop off events knowing the ai credits are not going to be rinsed by a couple of people. I do the same with my printing and put a cap on there, once it has reached a certain number, then it stops printing. This would be great for the ai side of it as well.

Visible AI credits remaining
As well as having a separate ai photo option the ability to allocate a number of ai photos to an event would be grate.

Limit AI Generations per Event (Token Control)
I would like to suggest adding the ability to limit AI image generations (tokens) per event.
Currently, every AI-generated image consumes a token, but there is no way to control or cap usage for a specific event. This makes it difficult to manage costs and offer AI features as part of a structured package.
Suggested feature:
Add a setting to define a maximum number of AI generations per event (e.g. 150 tokens)
Display remaining tokens during the event (optional)
Once the limit is reached, automatically disable AI features for guests
Standard photo functionality should continue to work normally
Use case:
This would allow booth owners to create pricing packages such as:
“Up to 150 AI images included”
Additional AI generations could be sold as an upgrade
Benefits:
Full cost control for AI usage
Ability to create clear and scalable pricing models
Prevents unexpected token overuse during busy events
Improves planning and profitability for booth operators
This feature would make AI functionality much more practical and commercially usable in real-world event scenarios.

AI Photo Limiter
Just as we buy packages of AI photos, we also sell packages of AI photos, hence the importance of having a limit on the number of photos and prints with AI photos.
