Virtual attendant

Up until version 7, virtual attendants were always active for all events. Why do we now have to reconfigure them for each event? Most settings remain the same, and only a few need to be changed. It’s much more time-consuming to reconfigure them completely from scratch every time. Would it be possible to add a toggle so that, when needed, they are automatically applied when a new event is created—just like in version 7? Just like in version 7.
