I use surveys with corporate clients and seem to face a few problems I think would be helpful.

Multiple Choice (being able to select multiple answers)

Long questions get hidden at the end

Have a standard contact details question to fit on page with name, email contact number.

Instead of a question, be able to put in a page of just text, for information based.

ie, Thanks for your details, you will get 3 questions to help us better understand your thoughts on our product.

These are just a few little changes I think would be great
