Request for Canon EOS R5 Mark II Support and Estimated Release Timeline

I’m writing to ask about Canon EOS R5 Mark II compatibility with LumaBooth for Windows.

I purchased my Canon EOS R5 Mark II at the end of 2024, and unfortunately, as of September 27, 2026, the latest version of LumaBooth for Windows still does not officially support this camera.

It has now been nearly two years since I purchased the camera, and I’m disappointed that it is still not supported by LumaBooth. The EOS R5 Mark II is an important part of my photo booth setup, so I would really like to know whether support for this camera is currently being planned.

Could you please let me know:

1. Is support for the Canon EOS R5 Mark II currently planned for LumaBooth for Windows?

2. If so, is there an estimated release date or development timeline?

3. Is there anything I can provide, such as camera logs, test results, or other technical information, that could help your development team add support for this camera?

I would greatly appreciate it if support for the EOS R5 Mark II could be prioritized in an upcoming release.
