Reprint Photos (Disable Printlimit, but enable number of prints per session)

For example, I'd like to limit the number of prints per photo to 2, so that, for example, children can't print an unlimited number of photos at once.
At the same time, however, if it's a group photo, I'd like guests to be able to keep returning to the gallery and print the photo twice each time.
This feature was available before. Does that no longer work?
