Improvements users will appreciate

Text Virtual assistant, not only voice but text option as well. I’ve seen this with other apps and it’s great because people can’t hear the voice from the iPad at loud events.

Text at the screen where users select color or black and white. Let them know to pick an option otherwise they don’t select anything and it goes straight to color because they don’t know they have that option.
