I cant custom size print for lumabooth windows or dslrbooth!

I cant custom size print for lumabooth windows or dslrbooth! My printer is able to print 2x8 for a long strip style. Now, i cant do it in windows because there is no custom setting for prints. Help me with this. connecting ipad to my laptop with lumabooth assistant and print it from there takes a lot of steps and very prone to error, aside from the battery concerns. Please help me with this.
