event file

Add a specific event file for windows that can be directly launched instead of opening the dashboard on startup. I know lumabooth can open the last used event directly but if i have multiple machines running at the same time and want to automate the launch process on each of them, they would just open the last event that was running. Not necessarily the last event that was running on that specific machine.
