Restore drag and drop of image files into the app on Windows, and add it to Mac, so operators can drop JPEGs from the file system and run them through the normal processing pipeline (layout, overlays, filters, background replacement) to test templates and show clients sample results.

After upgrading from dslrbooth to Lumabooth For Windows, I can no longer drag and drop images into the software, a feature I use for testing.
