I’m reaching out regarding a recurring issue with DNP printer driver updates and LumaBooth settings persistence.
Every time the Windows driver for our DNP printers is updated, LumaBooth resets specific print configurations. Specifically, we have to manually reapply the ICC color profile back to "handled by the driver" for both printers and re-enable the 2x6-inch cut option on the secondary printer.
Since unattended updates can happen, this causes unexpected issues during live events when prints fail or cut incorrectly.
Is there a specific configuration we might be missing on our end to keep these settings persistent, or is this tied to how LumaBooth reads the Windows printer properties after a driver refresh? Any guidance or potential fix would be greatly appreciated.
