DNP DS620 – 2x6 strips printing incorrectly via USB on iPad

I’m having an issue printing 2x6 photo strips with LumaBooth on an iPad, using a DNP DS620 connected directly via USB.

I recently updated LumaBooth and can now connect the DNP directly to the iPad by USB, without using the previous WCM module. The printer is detected correctly and regular printing works.

My setup is:

• DNP DS620

• 6x8 paper

• iPad

• Direct USB connection to the printer

• LumaBooth

• “Cut into 2x6 strips” enabled

I need to keep the printer/paper size at 6x8 because I also print regular photos in different sizes.

However, when I select my usual 2x6 photo strip template and print it, LumaBooth prints a full-size 6x8 image instead of correctly producing 2x6 strips. The result is much larger than a normal photo booth strip.

I have checked the 2x6 template itself, and it is correctly designed as a 2x6 layout. The issue seems to be with how LumaBooth is handling the 2x6 layout/cutting when the DNP is connected directly by USB.

Previously, when I used the WCM module to connect the printer, everything worked perfectly. I have always used 6x8 paper from the beginning, and LumaBooth correctly printed my 2x6 strips on the 6x8 paper. So the problem only appeared after switching to the new direct USB connection.

I have also seen other users mention that it is possible to print four 2x6 strips on one 6x8 sheet, which is exactly what I would like to achieve.

Could you please tell me how I should configure LumaBooth to do this with the DNP DS620 using the new direct USB connection on iPad?

I would like to keep:

6x8 paper → regular photos

and:

6x8 paper → four 2x6 strips → for my photo booth layout

I can also send screenshots/photos of my current settings and the incorrect print result if that would help.
