Support animated overlays on video, 360 and slow-mo, and GIF outputs, allow them to be added and managed from the dashboard (currently only static image overlays can be), and expand the built-in animated overlay library with options such as falling money.

It would be great to have animated overlays for 360 videos. A lot of our customers are suggesting or requesting this.
