I’d like to suggest adding layout selection to Roaming Photographer Mode in LumaBooth.
A very practical use case is allowing the photographer to choose a vertical layout for portraits or a horizontal layout for couples, families, and larger groups before taking the photo. This would be especially valuable in professional event settings where roaming capture is still fast, but not always purely run-and-gun.
I understand the current purpose of this mode is quick capture, fast processing, and immediate sharing. That workflow is great and should absolutely remain the default. But for many event professionals, there are plenty of situations where a little more control over composition would improve the guest experience and the final output.
This idea also feels realistic because a similar function previously existed in DSLR Booth. When Auto Trigger Camerawas turned off, users had more control over the capture flow, which made this type of flexibility possible. Since DSLR Booth has now been absorbed into LumaBooth, it would be great to see that capability brought forward.
A simple way to implement this could be:
Portrait or Landscape layout selection in Roaming Photographer Mode
optional/manual behavior when Auto Trigger Camera is disabled
default fast-capture workflow unchanged for users who do not need it
This would preserve the current speed of the mode while making it far more useful for weddings, corporate events, parties, and branded activations.
