Help

Hello! I need help setting up my printer in LumaBooth. I’m using an iPad Air 5 and a HiTi printer. When I try to set up direct printing via USB, the message “No printer found” appears. The printer is connected, but LumaBooth can’t set it up. Could you help me fix this problem? I’m attaching screenshots of the error message. Thank you!
