I regularly see people posting in the Lumabooth group on FB about the print alignment of 2×6 photostrips when they’re using the 2×6 template and have the “Print 2 per page” option selected. Basically, despite adjusting scaling and other values, their layouts and photos are never properly centered - one strip usually prints fine, but the second one is slightly but noticeably shifted to the left. Or, neither one is centered properly because the scaling amount messes with the orientation.
To solve this problem, I’d love to see an option to add an X Offset value for the second strip; it would add a very small space between the first and second strips.
In Photoboof’s software, the default X Offset is 601. Increasing it to 602 moves the 2nd strip’s placement over by one pixel (so the X value of the first strip is 0 and the X value of the 2nd strip is 602 instead of 601). This fixes the problem of the 2nd strip being just a hair off, and it also accounts for the part of the printer cutting the 4×6 print into 2 2×6 strips. The space created by the offset appears as a very fine white line but doesn’t show at all once the 4×6 is cut.
So basically, some sort of 2nd strip offset adjustment would be great. Even if it’s “+1, +2, +3” etc. pixels would be a huge help.
