​600 DPI Support in Luma Dashboard App:

While 600 DPI can be set directly inside the main mirror/booth software (though re-scaling templates and elements manually takes up valuable time), this 600 DPI option is completely missing when setting up events via the Luma Dashboard mobile app. Having full 600 DPI selection directly in the mobile app without forcing a full template redesign would drastically speed up our workflow and guarantee top print quality for high-end events.

​Persistent Settings Across Events (Preventing Reset to Defaults):

When moving from one event to another, the software continuously reverts various configurations back to default settings (for example, Capture Settings, among others). Re-checking and re-adjusting all parameters before every single event creates unnecessary delay and increases the risk of setup mistakes on tight schedules. We need all custom event settings to strictly remain persistent until manually changed, or the ability to save robust global presets.
